Rotary Club of Latur MidTown, a club in Rotary International District 3132, India; was chartered on 29th March 1985. Since then, the club has been one of the most active and vibrant club of the district. The club was a part of RID 3130 till 2008 and RID 3132 after the bifurcation of RID 3130.
Our club has received many awards ever since its inception and it was “The Best club of RID 3132” in the RI year 2013-14.
Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. It is a secular organization open to all people regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, or political preference. There are 34,282 clubs and over 1.2 million members worldwide. The members of Rotary Clubs are known as Rotarians. Members usually meet weekly for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which is a social event as well as an opportunity to organize work on their service goals.
